Zero Friction Marketing is a new phrase and one that is going to be batted around a lot in 2009 and beyond. We love new phrases don’t we? Just look at the storm that Social Media Marketing caused and think how often people used that to create authority, excitement and results.
Well yes I think that this is going to be a phrase, terminology and method of marketing that has some importance in 2009. It’s all done with Cost Per Action marketing or CPA as it’s more commonly known. Once the action is completed the marketer is paid.
The action could be something as simple as the surfer entering an email address. The website owner is looking for and willing to pay for leads. So when the savvy ZF marketer sends a lead he makes money.
